Convenient drop off and it was finished quickly

Andy the service manager has always been very professional, kind, and has always taken care of me when something is wrong or just when I’m having regular maintenance done on my vehicles. This time when the cooling fan stopped working while we were out of town, we brought it in to have it checked out. Andy and his team confirmed the problem, ordered the part, but the part was on BackOrder for an unknown time. About only a week or two later, I received a phone call from Andy saying he just got word the part has been sent and the tracking said it was supposed to be delivered on Friday. I was very appreciative and thankful that he was trying to be proactive to schedule a time that was convenient for me for next week, so he could get me in the appointment book to fix my problem first thing before it fills up. Andy and his team are the reason I keep coming back. Thank you, again!

Had a few codes and urgent messages on my Colorado.The diagnostic showed a bad battery. I really appreciate the prompt,friendly attention from the Ballas service staff.

When I had more truck serviced at McNeil they used to wash it for me. I was surprised that this was not a service that George Ballas performed after my car was serviced.

There was a problem that occurred after my brakes were repaired but they fixed the problem and did it for no additional charge. They also gave me a loaner car until it was repaired. Nick and Andy were very helpful and took good care of me. I appreciate the service and will be a returning customer. Thank you
